Tours circuit

Why is NASCAR® racing so immensely popular in the United States? On 30 June & 1 July, the spectators at Tours Speedway certainly discovered why. The weekend was a slam dunk thanks to super fast races, world-class drivers and spectacular NASCAR® shows, with the support of MOOG, the famous supplier of high-quality parts. MOOG is the official supplier of Steering & Suspension chassis parts for the NASCAR® races in the United States.

The Circuit: Tours Speedway

Purpose designed and built inside the Parc Des Expositions in downtown Tours, France, the Tours Speedway hosts the only NASCAR® oval races outside North America. The 650-meter long oval track features two different degrees of banking, 9 degrees in turn 1-2 and 10.5 degrees in turn 3-4, making for exciting racing and door-to-door battles right in the heart of the city.
